Peanut Butter & Pretzel Truffles

Peanut Butter & Pretzel Truffles

You won't believe the raves these super easy, no bake peanut butter balls will get. And they aren't even THAT bad for you!



Ingredients:
  • 2 cups peanut butter (crunchy or creamy - your choice)
  • 1 cup finely crushed pretzels
  • 1 to 2 cups chocolate chips, melted (start with 1 cup, you may or may not need the rest)
Mix peanut butter & pretzels.

Chill dough in freezer until not so sticky - 20 to 30 minutes. 

Roll peanut butter mixture into balls and place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Place back in freezer for at least an hour. 

Roll each ball in melted chocolate and then refrigerate until chocolate is set.
